We are also a private pay or out-of-network provider. The clinic may supply you with a statement of services or “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. It is recommended that you research the out-of-network services for your specific insurance plan.
An evaluation is required prior to beginning regular therapy services. Requirements may be waived for private pay clients who have been assessed by another provider or school therapist within the last six months.
Insurance plans will require comprehensive evaluations for services to be covered.
